I ordered a jacket from Cole Haan on their website. When I received my order the jacket the, it was labeled incorrectly with the wrong size.

I called Cole Hann customer service, and my service rep arranged for the shipper to pickup the jacket and Cole Haan would ship my replacement as soon as they were notified by the shipper of the pickup. Well this didn't happen, I found out that my replacement had not been as promised, and if I had not called I would still be waiting. I have purchased many Cole Haan products from Dept. stores, outlets,etc.

This is the first time I've ordered from their website, and I am disappointed to say the least. When you promised to do something to correct a error, make sure it gets done, if you want a happy and repeat customer.
