Cole Haan - Customer Service? Non existent
I've sent messages via FB without a single response even though it says "typically responds immediately", I've sent a message via twitter without a response, AND I've called and spoke with someone who said I should receive a return label in my email within 5 minutes and nothing! I've now sent an email but pretty sure that will yield nothing. I don't understand what's going on with Cole Haan products and their customer service. As you can see from the attached picture, I just received the orange shoes last week. The box says size 13. The shoes say size 13. You can clearly see these are NOT size 13. I've got no less than 6 pairs of CH shoes, all of which are size 13 and not an issue.

Cole Haan - Ridiculously slow, antiquated exchange

Not customer friendly. I returned a pair of boots to exchange for a different size and color (same style). I call customer service to get the shipping label. I’m told Cole Haan won’t ship out the new pair until they receive the returned pair. (Other top retailers do ship the replacement out and charge you. Once they receive the return pair, they credit you.) I send the boots back; I get an email when they’ve been received. The email says it will take 2 weeks to send out the new pair. And that they can’t guarantee it’s available. That timeframe doesn’t even include shipping! It makes NO sense. How antiquated is their fulfillment operations that they need 2 weeks to send out the new pair?! And can’t even guarantee they’ll have it?! You already have my money!

Cole Haan - Cole Hann high dollar shoe issue

Paid $250 for that awesome looking leather dress shoe. It takes polish perfectly but after 3 months they squeak like a rubber duck while walking. Called and they said so what.

Cole Haan in Camarillo, California - Terrible Customer Service

Had a horrible experience in the Cole Haan Camrillo Outlet store. A bunch of people standing around, unable to process a refund (took three people) and then when I tried to purchase a different pair of shoes they pulled a bait-and-switch by saying that the price had increased by $10. They then claimed that the confusion is that shoes were in the wrong box (they were not), suggesting that I had switched the shoes.

Maybe read the FAQ's next time? It expressly states that you cannot cancel or modify an order once it is placed.
