I ordered during Black Friday - Nov. 23, 2018 two pairs of boots.

I received acknowledgment that the order was received. I sent an email to the email address posted on the website on Nov. 30, 2018, inquiring about the order. The email was invalid.

Called on Dec 01, 2018, the customer representative said the order was ready to be picked up by UPS. Today, Dec 06, I received an email indicating that one of the items in my order was canceled. Fine, I called to see which one was canceled. SURPRISE!!!

Both items were canceled. The explanation was bleak, could not make sense of what the customer service rep was saying. Her supervisor indicated that the email had a typo, blah, blah.

It is clear that COLE HAAN conducts a NON-TRANSPARENT process and does not appreciate customers. For sure, I will not give this company my business any longer.
