I had ordered a pair of shoes as a gift during the Black Friday sale, they were listed as 50% off. Got the confirmation email about the purchase and I was waiting for the shipping email but never got one.
Finally, 7 days later I checked the order status to find that it was canceled!! And no one had even reached out to tell us....so I called customer service and the man on the phone told me they would refund the amount (no *** sherlock) and then refused to give me the code to order another pair for the same price. I then spoke to the Supervisor of customer service, James, and he refused to give me a code higher than 30% off...which is absolute BS after the trouble they put me through.
The best part is- James said he would send me the code and never did...HORRIBLE COMPANY! They should be ashamed of themselves!
