To whom it may concern I just spoke to a customer service person in reference to a gift I received which was a Sullivan reporters bag. I expressed how I really like it but it don't have the all the accessories like the "strap". It was suggested to send a picture along with the style #.
I am looking forward to receiving the strap as it will make my work load easier and my bag will be complete.
