Cole Haan Outlet
Purchased a pair of shoes from a Canadian Cole Haan outlet. Returned back to the US and noticed same pair of shoes were significantly cheaper at the US outlet store.
Back of receipt clearly states Cole Haan would do a one time price adjustment if the purchase was made within 14 days. US outlet store stated they could not process the request because it was purchased in Canada. That being said WHY does the receipt not state the verbiage that they can only process adjustments, returns, exchanges etc...
within a specific company. Seems like Cole Haan is scamming their customer base
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
